Can't upgrade from Dropbox Essentials to Dropbox Business

Hey all, can't seem to upgrade from essentials to Dropbox Business and while the person on chat was nice they had no idea how to do this.

    When I try to upgrade the screen it gives me just has these options (see attached)...and then when I try to go to an upgrade screen separately for business it tells me 'not active member of a team'
