Combining three different Dropbox Accounts (Files)

Is it possible to join (merge) my three different Dropbox accounts?

    It's not possible to merge accounts, but you can use a shared folder to move files from one account to another.

i am being charged for an account yet being told i am out of space - i suspect i have two diff acounts... how do i reconcile/get someone at dropbox to fix ?
