email id frogot

Dear Team,

I subscribed to my dropbox monthly plan, an year back. but i forgot my email.
I have invoice number, can anyone get in touch with me to resolve this issue, i tried entering the invoice number into the window, where you can track. But it says, incorrect. please guide.

    Are you using an invoice number or the transaction number from your card/bank statement? You need to use the transaction number from your statement. Refer to the following help article:

      Sorry, I have order number. which ends with ..21. IDK is it complete or what?

        Refer to the article I linked in my previous reply. It explains how to find the correct number on your statement. It should look like DROPBOX*(transaction ID).
