How can I cancel a free trial of Dropbox Essentials?

Ive checked (almost) everywhere but still cannot find it. Any ideas?

Did you try cancelling the trial from your plan tab directly?

    Hi DonieQ, can you send me a screenshot of your plan page, along with the subscription it reports there? 

     

    I'd also appreciate a screenshot of the email you got on your end, in order for me to have a visual of the info too.
