How to save my files after cancelling my subscription?
I don’t see an answer to my question — if I cancel my subscription, how do I save the contents? Can I download the contents to my personal computer?
Thank you.

Hi there KathyD404 - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
As you mentioned, you'll be able to download the files you've stored in your Dropbox account normally from the website, even after cancelling your subscription.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you Walter!

Rather than downloading from the website, I'd suggest using the Dropbox application to sync all of your files first, before you cancel the subscription. It will be much faster and automatic compared to manually downloading files through the website, especially if you have a lot of files or a deep folder structure.
