HP Promotion - issues with applying promotion
I purchased a brand new HP laptop and I got a prompt for a 100GB 12 month promotion. I clicked the promotion, logged into my Dropbox account and then got prompted to click the 'Dropbox installer'. That all went well but nothing changed to my account. I waited a full day but I still don't have the 100GB. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Hannah, thanks for your reply. Apparently I once linked another HP laptop to my dropbox account (over 5 yrs ago), without redeeming a promotion, and that excludes me from any HP promotions. Too bad. 🤷♀️
