I can't upgrade my account - error says I'm paying with my Apple ID
I’m having issues upgrading my account I haven’t renewed it for a few months now but everytime I try to pay for it, it says “It looks like you're paying for another Dropbox account with this Apple ...

Hey Jayceementoor, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to see that you're having an issue.
Is your account currently on the Basic free plan? What do you see in your plan page here?
Have you tried renewing with your Apple ID again, through the Dropbox app, to see if that works?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Thankyou for your reply I believe I was on $20 plan prior to it expiring and now It’s changed back to a basic plan - I’m trying to renew my premium plan.
I’ve also tried doing it through my Apple ID on the App Store aswell but it keeps coming up with the same problem.

Hi from me too, Jayceementoor! If you find the Apple ID on your device, does it show the same email address as the one you see linked to your Dropbox account here?
