I downgraded from a Dropbox team plan to a personal paid plan, now I'm having issues with my account

Hi

I just moved from a team account back to my personal billing. Evething is a mess now. Please see attacked.  I’m told I’m on the free plan.

But then I’m told I’m on the 2T plan.  Then the site tells me I need to upgrade. Then it tells me I’ve already upgraded.Then it does not allow me to contact support because I’m on on free plan.

This is all a big bummer. I need to get back to work. Now.

The biggest insult is that I recieved a message saying that even though the support email I got in touch with is not monitored, I still got a notice that my issue was "solved"

Is there any way to speak to someone to clear this up, or do I just move to Google Drive permanently. It's been over a decade an half with dropbox.. today might be my last day. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi mrgrumpy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

    You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.

    From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

    Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, which is sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
