I got downgraded without explaination

My account got downgraded from Advanced to Basic without an apparent reason. As my account now is Basic theres no way to contact the dropbox chat or email. How do i get in touch with a key account manager again, or contact dropbox about this? We had about 400TB in our dropbox.

    Hey eiriksvensen, if you're signed in to the correct account, can you send us a screenshot of what you see in the plan tab of your account settings?
