I haven't received my Samsung promotional space?

I didn´t receive my 48GB, why? I need help!

    No, you cannot. The promotion ended one year ago.

In the help section you state:

"Als je apparaat in aanmerking komt voor een actie, ontvang je een e-mail met daarin de duur van je actie zodra je je voor het eerst op het betreffende apparaat bij Dropbox aanmeldt. Als je vragen hebt over de duur van de opslagruimte uit de actie nadat je er gebruik van hebt gemaakt, kun je de vervaldatum controleren. Meld je hiervoor aan op je accountpagina en klik op 'Alle verdiende opslagruimte weergeven'."

I can find this but there is no expiration date.
