I haven't received my Samsung promotional space?

I didn´t receive my 48GB, why? I need help!

Hi,

I recently started using a Samsung table. It came pre-loaded with the Dropbox application and when I started using it for the first time it showed the offer for 48GB free as per a Samsung/Dropbox offer. I registered and did everything as required  a couple of days ago to later receive an email from Dropbox telling me that the offer has expired.

 

However, by reading on their website I found the following:

  • Select Samsung devices are eligible to receive 48 GB for two years, including:
    • Devices launched after Fall 2014 with the Dropbox app pre-loaded
    • Devices launched between 2012 and 2014 that have the Dropbox app pre-loaded with the "out-of-box" experience

As per the above I should be entitled to the free space as my tablet was between 2012-2014 and came pre-loaded with the app and I am a new user. The tablet has never been used before so no-one else has claimed the free promotional space.

 

I have tried looking to contact Dropbox however it seems they make very difficult for someone to contact non-other than their sales team that cannot help with the issue.

 

Can someone tel me how I can ask Dropbox to honor my the promotional space?
