I paid for the Plus plan, but I'm still on Basic and I can't link more than 3 devices.

I upgraded my account to dropbox plus 2 days ago, but I still see it as basic. My space usage increased but I can't connect my unlimited devices. I'm still limited to 3 devices. Please find a solution.

Even though I paid for the plus subscription with my credit card, my account still appears as basic. My payment transaction also appears in billing. But my account is still basic on all the devices I log in. This problem has seriously shaken my trust in Dropbox.

    Have you made sure you're signing in to the additional device(s) with the correct email address (the one you see here)? You can also double check this with these steps.

    If yes, I'd like a few screenshots of what you see exactly on your end; more specifically, a screenshot of what you see: 

    1. at your Plan page 
    2. at your Billing page
    3. when trying to connect more than 3 devices to your Dropbox account

    Let me know when you have more info.

    I would be very happy. I really need plus to be able to add my other devices. I am an architect and I have computers everywhere. I expect communication and solutions from you. Thank you in advance.
