I was charged after cancelling my free trial.

I cancelled my trial subscription before Sept 6 in your very difficult and confusing process.  You charged me $212.13 today September 6.  I did not upgrade or desire to renew my prescription,  PLEASE REFUND MY CREDIT CARD.  I DO NOT NEED YOUR SERVICE.  

 

I did not use this on my mobile phone.  It was just a trial. 

 

You have no way to call or get support.  I need your help.  I can not afford to lose $ 212. right now.  Times are hard.

    Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

     

    You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

     

    Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
