I was charged for a Dropbox subscription and I lost access to my email address in the meantime.
Hello, I accidentally opened a Dropbox account and used my credit card details for the trial period and then couldn't log in to the Dropbox account to cancel the contract because my email address was switched off by a German operator. Now 199 euros have been debited from my account for a service that I can't access and that I didn't even want in the first place. I had to open a new Dropbox account to send this email and I can also not get in contact with the support.
Thanks Walter, problem is solved now.

Hi Manfredjansen13, let's jump right into this!
Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly using these steps?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
Let me know more!

Thanks for the ticket number Manfredjansen13 - much appreciated.
I've found it in our system and passed your comments on to the agent who's looking into your case. I can see that they've replied to you already, so I'd recommend taking a look at your inbox for their message and get back to them as soon as possible.
