if i am changing my plan then should i upload data again
i want to change my plan from business plus to Essentials then how can i change the plan with out Losing data from my account.

Hi Charuka Arora, thanks for messaging the Community.
In order to downgrade your plan from Business Plus to Essentials, you'll need to cancel your account and wait for it to return to a Basic plan.
Afterwards, you can upgrade to the Essentials plan.
