I'm trying to update my billing info, but I can't do it from the Billing tab.

I wanted to change my credit card payment but cannot get things to work. I have a basic account and have followed all the help items with NO success. When I go to Settings > Billing there is no payment activity, even though we were billed on 9/28. Not exactly easy to give you updated credit card information, which you MIGHT want. And let's not go there about the lack of phone support for us "little guys"....

Thanks for posting on our Community, kpearson

If you see that you’re on a free Basic plan, then you’ll need to log out of this account and sign in to your paid one instead to update your billing info.

When checking your bank statement, can you locate your last Dropbox charges? If yes, there should be a 12-digit transaction ID linked to them. Please use this ID on this page and it’ll give you the email address your paid plan is connected to.

After that, you can log out of your current Dropbox account and sign in to the correct one with that email address.

Let me know how it goes.
