Logged into an old account and couldn't find my files
I recently logged into an old account but my only archived that I left in it is missing. Why this happenend and how to recover the archive ?
I mention the account was not disabled or deactivate by Dropbox, just not used to log into that account.

Take a look at your Events page and look for any recent activity.
How long has it been since you last accessed the account? If it was idle for more than a year then the account would have been disable/deleted due to inactivity. Signing back in with the same credentials reactivates it as a new, empty account.

Is it a way to recover it now ?They did and do - they issue multiple emails over many many months to people saying they are doing this. It is also within the terms of the account agreed when you sign up to Dropbox.
