My card was charged for an upgrade but I'm still on the Basic plan

My card was debited and I still dont see anymore then basic on my dropbox. Any idea?

    When I click on subscriptions, it shows "Drop Box Professional" Renews on Feb 13th? But only 2gb on my home page

    Hi Platinum1 - sorry to hear about this.

    Do you happen to have another Dropbox account that's associated with another email address of yours perhaps?

    If you used a credit/debit card directly on the Dropbox site, have you tried using our self-served look-up tool to confirm that you upgraded the correct account?
