My Dropbox has been downgraded although I'm still paying through PayPal

Hi Everyone,

 

My PayPal is still paying for my dropbox subscription (I have an Paypal transaction ID from the 25th Sept) but I have been downgraded to 2GB basic account. I can't get through to anyone to sort this, as you have to have the account I pay for (which is downgraded) to have this support.

 

I have spoken to sales people who have said to file a receipt but no one is replying. Please can someone suggest what I do. I can only speak to Bots at the help chat.

Work is suffering and have gotten no where in a week by filing receipts of chats with sales people.

 

Please help. This is driving me round the bend a bit.

    Is it possible that the payments are going to a different Dropbox account and not the one you're currently looking at/are signed into?

      Hi Hannah,

       

      I've had the dropbox subscription since 2020 and I only have one account and one email. I spent all last week trying to sort this. I'm really not happy because since I've paid and have the transaction ID from Paypal for sept 25th I can't access.

       

      I would like this refunding for the last month since Sept, because I actually don't have the 2TB. My work colleagues are having to send me bits from Dropbox. The only messaging I could do that wasn't bots (that kept sending me to billing request forms I couldn't access, because my subscription was 'basic') was to sales reps.

       

      Whom I did screen grabs of the ID transaction and the back my dropbox is only 2GB but nothing has come of any of it because there's no direct contact. Because I don't pay for a subscription as the online accounts would read. Even though my PayPal is still paying. 

       

      I would really appreciate your help accessing again and also a refund being I'm a freelancer and have paid for years and have not been able to access or add anything on this current job for the last 2 weeks. 

       

      Also there's an issue with when this happens as being suddenly downgraded to basic means you can't access a lot of the help centre. Or send an email about this. Sorry to be grouchy but this has been a pain for the last few weeks.

        I'm trying to find a way to send you the screen grabs of my PayPal transaction ID and also the desktop screen grab of it only at 2GB which a previous person in sales chat tried to help me with.
