Need to cancel a subscription for an account I can no longer access

Hi,  I need to cancel my subscription because I have lost access to the email id associated with my account. I cannot log in because the 6 digit code goes straight to that email. Can someone help m...

Hi anadvani - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

For cases like this, we usually recommend getting in touch with our support team through this form through an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and filling out all the relevant details and an email address we can reach you at.
