Non Licensed Admin Account
Hi there, I cannot find away to have a non licensed user have an admin account. In our instance our IT team needs to be able to administer Dropbox users etc, but without consuming an additional licen...

It's true that, currently, all members and admins of a Dropbox for Business Teams account will take up a license. For more information on the admin roles, you can have a look here.

I have the same issue. I can't believe that Dropbox still requires an account to be licensed just to administer their Dropbox Team account. I work for an MSP and explaining to my customers that they have to pay for a license just so I can administer the account is not received well. Microsoft M365 does not require a license for an account to be a Global admin and be able to administer M365, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Dropbox figure this out!
