Questions about a refund from last year

I need help, I requested a refund last year but there was no confirmation that they processed it. I don't want to upgrade without that refund.

    You can see your account transaction history on your Payments page here: https://www.dropbox.com/payments

     

    Keep in mind that If you haven't received your refund in a reasonable amount of time you will need to contact your bank, and ask them some more info about this.
