How to stop automatic payments?

I cancelled my Dropbox Plus plan in the middle of July (not using it and needed to save a little money), but automatic Paypal payments to Dropbox haven't stopped.  I'd like the automatic payments to ...

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

    Logged out, went the link you provided, but Dropbox just asks me to login.  When I do, I can't find anything regarding filing a request.  The chat wasn't helpful either.
