I'm getting charged even though I have a Basic account.

Can you please check the following website : 

https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge ?

 

Here you can enter the required information to find which account you are paying for.

 

If there is confirmation that this is the case, can you please get back to us? 

 

We can take it from there to help you with this issue.

    Thank you for your prompt reply. I trust that the remainder will be so swift.

    I paid with PayPal or another form of payment.

    I have already filled out a Billing Help Request form, as instructed and this has been sent forward via the channels requested..
