Still being charge while I cancelled from 14/9/2023.

First I would use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for, and to make sure it's the same one that you cancelled previously. If it's a different account and you recognize it, you can sign in to that account and cancel the subscription.
Otherwise you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

I checked and found that they are charging me on account with no subscription now, what to do? I tried to contact with them but I couldn’t. When I tried to contact with them in incognito mode , the only thing that I was able to contact with was a robot (AI)
