There's no option to update my payment method via the Billing page

I am unable to update my card, I have a new card and there is not button to change the card, I am in the billing section and can see the old card and from what i can research I should have an update payment method button but there is nothing, i have no way to update my card details, can you confirm i am in the correct location and if there should be a button on this screen?

    Thanks for that! From what I can see, you’re on the free Basic plan which can explain why you don’t see the option to update your payment details. 

     

    If you wish to have a paid subscription instead, you’ll need to select one of our plans here and you should be able to insert your payment method before completing the upgrade process.

    Are you seeing the exact same thing on different browsers? 

     

    If yes, I’d like a screenshot of what you see on your Billing page and one more of what you see on your Plan page here.
