Troubles with moving an account from my desktop to a hard drive
Is there a way I can talk with someone to help me with my issues? I don't like using a "community"....it makes it very hard for me to understand.
But since it seems like I don't have a choice....I hope this will work.
Apparently I have 2 accounts....and I tried to move the account I have been using for YEARS from my desk top to a hard drive....but when I do that, it is the account that has basically nothing on it that gets moved. When I try to access the account that I use regularly, I get a message that says I need to log into a team account. I have no idea what that even means.

Hi there auntfont - thanks for posting on our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please walk me through the steps you take to do this and send me a screenshot of what's bothering you so that we can have a visual too?
Any additional information is more than welcome!
