Is there a way I can talk with someone to help me with my issues? I don't like using a "community"....it makes it very hard for me to understand. But since it seems like I don't have a choice....I hope this will work. Apparently I have 2 accounts....and I tried to move the account I have been using for YEARS from my desk top to a hard drive....but when I do that, it is the account that has basically nothing on it that gets moved. When I try to access the account that I use regularly, I get a message that says I need to log into a team account. My plan suddenly downgraded to basic even though the card we have on file is working fine. No matter what device or browser I try, I am unable to upgrade back to the 2TB plan I have been on for years. When I try through the iOS app on my phone, I get a message that says I am unable to upgrade because I am paying for another Dropbox account with my Apple ID. This is not true, as they are connected. When I try on Safari through the website, I get a spinning icon and an error message on the payment page, plus a warning from my virus detection software that it is unsafe. I have the same issue on Chrome with my laptop. I am so frustrated, as now that I got downgraded, I can't even send a support email. Hi I have just purchased DROPBOX PLUS with the intention of backing up my MAC but when I go through the set up I get a message saying that I should "stop iCloud back up first" but when I look at turning iCloud backup off it says that turning this off will remove all the files from the MAC so I am confused and scared. I have an HP laptop on which I loaded the factory image recently, and a 100GB dropbox promotion popped up on my notifications. I go through the process and it allows me to log into Dropbox, sends me the security code via email and everything, but when it gets to the installation step, it hangs. I can leave it for hours and it will never install. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue, and if there are any steps i can try to resolve this? I tried downloading the dropbox app from the website and installing it, but it seems to overwrite my promotional shortcut and never gives me the 100GB.
