Trying to open my invoice - getting an error and it says I'm on a Basic account

I was billed for the cheapest version of dropbox but when I try to open the invoice it sends me to an error page. I am not being helped by any support because my drop box "status" shows that I am not a paying customer but my issue is that I am a paying customer and my version is not reflecting it. I am not sure what to do but I am not being helped and would rather just cancel the subscription at this point.

    What exactly is the error?

And often that sometimes happens if you are logged in to the wrong account to check it. Use the credit card lookup tool to work out what account you upgraded and then log on to that account and try and open invoice.

The error sends me back to the page where I can look up the payment and just says "link is not valid" . I only have one account so Im not sure how it would be the wrong one.

If the link isnt working, and Dropbox are saying its not an upgraded account, you almost certainly have accidentally upgraded a different one at some point.

      Use the tool to check.
