Unknown Charge for 119.88 on my bank

I noticed a charge on my account in which I do not have a plan for. When I logged into my dropbox account no charges are shown and i can NOT get any help with any links anywhere. I have reported to my bank as fraud. Is there no number to call to see where this charge came from? Using the billing look up gave me errors.
