Branding not working or showing
Hello all,
So I upgraded my plan to the business plan, I have tried to use the branding option so the videos I share to customers will show my business logo and background image.
I have uploaded both the logo and background images and they show up on the previews but when you go to the shared link it just shows as the usual plain dropbox view.
Any ideas please.

Are you using the branding exclusively for videos ? Are you able to visualize it in presentations, documents or image files?
