Dropbox with a UAC prompt every 10 minutes

hello, I get a very annoying UAC prompt to allow Dropbox to execute with admin privileges every 10 minutes. I having this issue in a week now. What to do? Steffen

It's likely just trying to update itself as auto-updates are pushed out as needed. If you ignore them, the software will eventually be unable to communicate with Dropbox.
