False prompts

Dropbox has been urging me to get more storage space for weeks now, I am nowhere near to running out. This is a solo storage account. I cannot get the bot to understand that the information is false and I cannot turn it off

  • Ok, I'll say it again. I was able to toll my quota back by permanently deleting  my deleted files. I stopped getting the prompts immediately. If that wasn't it I cannot account for what happened. Thanks for yor input but I'm done with the topic.

I am glad to actually talk to somebody. But there should be no way Dropbox could flat out tell me plain lies, tell me regularly and repeatedly, and give me no way to protest the unfair treatment and no recourse should Dropbox decide to stop my services on the basis of false reports

Unless you actually tell us what the issue is though DakeDrinnon nobody can help (note I'm not an employee!). Your first post just said you wanted to turn off notifications - hence my reply.
