Email notification settings are ignored
Why do i get spam emails from dropbox? My email settings are off for any emails (news).

Thanks everyone first.
I really dislike the email I got from Dropbox to promote the Dropbox Plus. There is no options to stop this. I have optioned out all in the notification setting but it keeps sending me that kind of email. Can anyone help me with this?

Some promotional emails cannot be disabled from your account settings, however, do you see an "unsubscribe" option at the bottom of this email?
If so, you can click that to unsubscribe.

- idislikenotification2 years agoNew member | Level 2It doesn’t help. After I click unsubscribe, it brings me to account setting and I can see I have optioned out of all. I tried this couple of weeks ago and you just keep sending me the email.
