Just to give some context, I have the Essentials subscription for Dropbox, and in my settings, my last name is only entered once. So, I’m confused why it keeps showing up twice in the emails it sends. For now, I’ve removed my last name from the settings to stop the duplication, but that’s really just a workaround, not a fix. Hello, I set up a drop box account today and have failed to receive the verification email, I have tried multiple times and tried using a different email address. I use outlook for email. I have checked the junk folder and have added no-reply@dropbox.com to my safe sender list and added no-reply@dropbox.com as a contact. I am at a loss as to what is causing the issue. I have checked the quarantine in Microsoft Admin to see if they are being stopped before they get to our inbox and no messages are in quarantine. When I want to change my email adress, I need to verify it first. I receive a pop-up, enter my new email and current one with password. Note => email adresses are not the same.
