Thank you very much. We have several individuals who need to get in. If she turns off 2 step via the phone text will we be able to get in if she puts in code from email

Would you mind clarifying if you're talking about the security code, or our 2FA?
Do you have an issue not receiving the first or the second code? As for 2FA, in order to disable it, you'd need access to the Dropbox account.
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
