I can sign in to my account on my PC but not on my cellphone

I can sign in via my PC. But i cannot sign in with my cellphone using the Dropbox app. I use DuckDuckGo as my browser.   My browser uses a VPN.  Is this why i cannot sign in from my cellphone (the VP...

    Yes very likely - because it uses timezones and location checks just to match where you are etc. 

     

    Try disabling that for a moment to log in and then it should work 🙂
