I'm not receiving the email to verify my account, any help?
Hi I can't receive a verification email. I've requested multiple times. I have added no-reply@dropbox.com to my contacts.
Please help.

Also I have paid for a dropbox plus annual subscription via the Itunes app, but it's not showing on my account?

As for your subscriptions: have you tried restoring your purchases by any chance?

Hi Thank you, that also works. Although it applied it to my personal account, as opposed to business account. Is there a way of changing that?

Hey V1teo - sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that we're not able to transfer subscriptions from our end.
You can either cancel the subscription to the wrong account and ask for a refund from Apple directly and once this is settled upgrade the correct account or swap the email addresses between your accounts.
