Yes, they have, and it's why you were given emergency backup codes when you enabled two-step authentication. You use the codes to gain access to your account when you no longer have access to the phone used for authentication.

I am changed my old number and i am not used now, so while login to my account two step verification is coming so i am not able to login, i tried several methods but its not coming so can you do something to login my account also forgot backup code also

Hey Ayyu, sorry to see you're having trouble accessing your account.
I'd suggest taking a look at this relevant article for some info on how to gain access to your account.
If that's not helpful, what you'll need to do is contact our support team directly.
You'll need to open an incognito/private browsing window, go to this page and submit your help request.
Once that's done, make sure to send us the ticket number here as well.
