Captcha issues
I was doing the puzzle thing for almost one hour before I could log in. It keep telling me the answer was wrong. This is ridiculous and stupid!

I'm having the same problem. I've tried a dozen times. The message right below the captcha box says it was successful, but the message at the top of the screen says verification failed. I'm trying to reinstate my subscription and there's no way to connect with Dropbox directly.

Sorry to see you're having trouble with this, trojandrew.
Can you try from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?
If not, try resetting your Dropbox password; that did the trick for me once.
