Hi,
I received an email notification today stating that the Dropbox Team I was in had been disbanded. I was a member, not an administrator, so never received an email alert.
The Dropbox Team had been connected to my personal account which is where my old iPhone had backed up photos. I would like to retrieve these photos, unfortunately the Team was created years ago as part of a university project I was involved in so I no longer have contact with the administrator. How can I retrieve my photos from the Shared Folder that's supposedly been created??

How do I find the access credentials for my second linked account? These don't seem to have been sent to me.- Mark3 years agoSuper User II
Its an account you set up - only you can manually link the accounts together and to do that you would have needed both credentials to do it.
So you need to use the log on email and password you created yourself.

I've gone back through all my emails, scoured through my Dropbox account and there's nothing mentioning a linked account or how to access it? Could you provide some more detail on how to progress this?
