I can't disband my team. The final "confirm" option is grayed out.

Hi! I want to transform my team account back into a personal account. When I enter the page to disband my team, I check both of the checkboxes but the confirm button stays greyed-out and unclickable....

It sounds like you wish to disband your Dropbox Team.

First, just confirm-you're the team's admin, right? I'm guessing you are, since you have access to the page.

In this case, I'd recommend trying the same steps using a completely different browser, or incognito mode just to rule out any browser-related issues.
