I can't sign in to Dropbox, after losing access to my email address.
I LOST ACCESS TO ACCOUNT EMAIL AND BECAUSE OF THAT I COULD NOT RECOVER THE DROPBOX ACCOUNT

Even with no access to the linked email address, it’s still possible to enter your Dropbox account.
What happens when you try to log in instead? Are you being asked for a one-time code perhaps?

When i try to login only option is to send link to the email address

Thanks for the screenshot. With no access to your linked email address or remembering your Dropbox password, I’m afraid there’s not much we can do on our end.
Is there any chance you've saved your current password somewhere else? Were you on a paid subscription or a free plan?
