I got a email mentioning my account was closed, created a new account using the same email.
years ago I got a email mentioning that the account I have to this email was closed, today I tried to login but it sent me into a screen to create a account, I "created" the account using this same email, does the files of the "previous" account are totally deleted?
that closure email I got it at 2018, I tried to login today to see if the account was still avaible but since it led me to the account creation screen, them it means that previous account was totally deleted and all the files it had are deleted too?
sorry if my post is hard to understand, english is not my first language
EDIT: I am living in spain so that closure email was in spanish, does that affect my account or the country doesnt matter? is the same account data?

If you enter an email address on the Log In form and there's no account with that email, you're taken to the Sign Up form instead.

Yes. Once an account has been deleted, all files within it are also deleted.

Location doesn't matter. Once an account has been deleted there's no way to recover it or the files it once contained.
