I keep getting charged a subscription fee and I no longer have access to the email

A Dropbox account was created under my previous work email. I no longer have access to this email and the company is no longer in business. How can I cancel this subscription? Who do I contact for help? Frustrated 😣

    I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly.

    You can do so by opening a private browsing/incognito window and going to this page.

    From there, you should be able to submit your request.

    Let us know once you have your ticket number.
