I keep receiving emails from a previous employee's email address
A person who worked for me had an email address connected to my dropbox account somehow. I am getting her messages forwarded to my inbox and am trying to remove that email address (no longer being used) from my account. When I try to unsubscribe the error message is "that unsubscribe is for a different email address" and won't let me do it. I can find no way to contact a person at dropbox.

What type of emails do you keep receiving from her?
Is the email address those emails are being forwarded to the one you see on this page? If yes, is this your own email address or is it hers?
Are they being sent to a different email address of yours perhaps?
