My account has disappeared

My Dropbox app signed me out and when I went to sign back in, it said I don’t have an account linked to my email address and now all my wedding photos have disappeared. I am devastated!!

    What happened when you tried to re log in? What was the error exactly?

     

    Have you tried searching your emails for messages from no-reply@dropbox.com to see what email you used to join? For example gmail.com and @googlemail.com would be 1 email address on Google but 2 different ones here.
