Plan Cancelled and Files Deleted Unexpectedly

I received an email from Dropbox saying "Dropbox plan will not renew" and another email saying "you've deleted your Dropbox Account".

I did not perform any of these actions. My acount should be good until April 12, 2024. Please help

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, trappermartindale

Is the email address you received this email to the one you see here? If yes, does it look like a brand new account?

If not, and you try to log in to Dropbox with the same email address as the one you got this email to, what do you see? Do you receive any errors?

Also, if you’ve opened any tickets about this with our support team, please send me your ticket number here.

    Ping me, when you’re ready.

Thanks for the ticket number! I can see it in our system, as well, and I’ve left an internal note for our support team on your behalf.

They’ll review your case, and reply back in the same email thread as soon as possible.
