two step verification does not have link to set up

The help instructions (below) say choose Settings but there is not Settings link.  There is only Preferences which leads to the following links ... none of which are about Security:  General, Account...

    Hi janeynow 

     

    You are using the desktop software to try and do what you need to do on the website. 

     

    As step 1 says you need to sign in to Dropbox.com (i.e. the website) THEN click on your avatar at top right and then settings.
