Why don't the password fields populate anymore using the Dropbox Passwords browser extension?
why don't the password fields populate in dropbox passwords anymore? I use the extension and this has been ongoing for the past month or so

Hi gjcos1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Which browser are you using and what version is it currently?
Does it occur on all the browsers and devices that Dropbox Passwords is installed on?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

I tried on 3 different browsers, it doesn't work on any of them. Chrome, Edge, Brave. Also the settings are already checked to fill automatically. I unchecked it and then rechecked and still not working.

gjcos1, can you also attempt to clear the cache on one of your browsers and try again? You can also check if there are any pending browser updates to be installed.
Disabling any add-ons and extensions temporarily may also help.
If you don't see any difference after all that, I’d like a screenshot of your Dropbox Passwords preferences to have a visual and see what else we can try together.
